Defrost thoroughly in the refrigerator before use. Once defrosted, use within 24 hours. DO NOT REFREEZE AFTER DEFROSTING. Cooking Information (from Chilled) Please note: Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are guidelines only. Grill Pre-heat grill to a medium heat. Remove required amount from packaging. Place onto the wire rack of a grill pan. Grill for 8-9 minutes. Turn occasionally, reduce heat if necessary. Pan Fry Pre-heat a little oil in a frying pan. Remove required amount from packaging. Fry over a medium heat for 6-7 minutes. Turn occasionally, reduce heat if necessary. Air Fry 1400W 4 Ltr Cook time: 10 min. – 12 min. Set temperature to 180°C. Remove required amount from packaging. Place into air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10- 12 minutes. Turn half way through cooking time.
