Resistance rubber band set KS-1 The Resistance Rubber Set consists of 5 levels of rubber. They can be used individually or several rubbers at the same time to select the appropriate resistance level. This set of elastics can be adapted for full-body exercises, from squats to deadlifts. With these elastics you can make the exercise easier/more difficult or provide stability.
